- Our cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB : There is no statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code – however, we grant the following cancellation conditions (“Notice pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code (Presidential Decree 206/2005)”):Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by the guest or the booker without any cancellation fee through a unilateral written declaration.For cancellations by the guest from 29 days before up to the agreed arrival date, 70% of the total agreed price is due.In case of early departure or late arrival, the full amount will be chargedCancellations must be made by unilateral written declaration.In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the guest or booker is obliged to pay 70% of the total agreed price.

- skiing in Obereggen in the Val d’Ega – about 30 minutes to the slopes. The Alpe di Siusi and Val Gardena are also easily accessible.

- A quiet route through the vineyards – often snow-free, always relaxing.
- Cross-country skiing in Nova Ponente or on the Alpe di Siusi – a little further away, but well worth the trip.

Villa Giacomuzzi is located at Via Castel Roncolo 5. Simply enter the address into your GPS – a parking space right at the villa is reserved for you. Arriving by train is also easy: Bolzano station is only about a ten-minute walk away.
On site, enter the code on the keypad to the left of the entrance gate – it will open automatically. You can enter your suite just as conveniently completely keyless.
